Das Bellman Hotel Berlin ist ein Boutique-Designhotel mit 99 Zimmern und eigenem Restaurant KÖK in Berlin-Neukölln (Karl-Marx-Straße 283). Für unser Haus suchen wir ab sofort einen zuverlässigen Haustechniker / Allround-Handwerker (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche) oder Teilzeit (20 oder 30 Std./Woche).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Tägliche Kontrolle der Hoteltechnik (Heizung/Lüftung, Beleuchtung, Sanitär, Schließanlage)
  • - Kleinreparaturen in Gästezimmern und öffentlichen Bereichen (Armaturen, Leuchtmittel, Silikonfugen, Möbel, Malerarbeiten)
  • - Bearbeitung von Mängelmeldungen aus Rezeption und Housekeeping
  • - Vorbeugende Wartung und Dokumentation
  • - Koordination und Begleitung externer Fachfirmen
  • - Kleinere Arbeiten im Restaurant KÖK

Ihr Profil:

  • Handwerkliche Ausbildung (z. B. Elektro, Sanitär, Maler, Tischler) oder mehrjährige Erfahrung als Hausmeister/Haustechniker
  • - Selbstständige, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • - Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • - Erfahrung in Hotellerie oder Gastronomie von Vorteil
