Sie sorgen dafür, dass Gebäude reibungslos funktionieren!

  • Als Haustechniker / Anlagenmechaniker (w/m/d) betreuen Sie mehrere
  • Kundenobjekte und sind erster Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Sie halten die
  • Technik am Laufen, kümmern sich um Reparaturen und sorgen dafür, dass
  • sich Nutzer und Kunden auf funktionierende Gebäude verlassen können.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an
  • technischen Anlagen
  • Annahme, Priorisierung und eigenständige Bearbeitung von
  • Störmeldungen
  • Betreuung und Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden in den betreuten
  • Objekten
  • Regelmäßige Kontrolle des Gebäudezustands sowie Überwachung der
  • technischen Einrichtungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder technische Berufsausbildung als
  • Schlosser, Anlagenmechaniker (w/m/d) oder eine vergleichbare
  • Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im technischen Gebäudemanagement oder in
  • einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil

Ausgeprägtes handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis

Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Führerschein der Klasse B muss vorhanden sein
