Wir suchen ab sofort einen engagierten Hauswart / Haustechniker (m/w/d),

der Freude an einer vielseitigen Tätigkeit hat und unsere Gebäude sowie technischen Anlagen mit Kompetenz, Zuverlässigkeit und einem Blick für Details betreut.

Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören

die Überwachung und Instandhaltung unserer Gebäudetechnik,

die Koordination von Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten,

kleinere handwerkliche Tätigkeiten sowie die Kontrolle von

Sicherheits- und Funktionsanlagen.

Außerdem unterstützt Du unser Team im Bereich Warenannahme und Hausinspektion.

Idealerweise verfügst Du über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen oder handwerklichen Bereich (z. B. Elektrik, Sanitär, Klimatechnik).

Auch motivierte Quereinsteiger mit handwerklichem Geschick sind herzlich willkommen. Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus.
