Wir suchen in Riesagenau Dich als

Haustechniker | Haushandwerker (m|w|d)

als Minijob im Umfang von 10 Stunden/Woche.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Berufserfahrung und handwerkliche Fertigkeiten für alle anfallenden Gebäudearbeiten sind von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenenddiensten in Not- und Havariefällen
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse mit den MS-Office Programmen (Word, Excel und Outlook)
  • Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsgeschick und ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität

Das sind Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung bei allen anfallenden technischen und handwerklichen Aufgaben
  • Pflege der Gehwege und des Gartens
  • Malerarbeiten, Winterdienst, Unterstützung des Gebäudemanagements
  • Unterstützung der Bewohner/ Angehörige bei Ein-, Aus- und Umzügen
