Für unsere Einrichtung Maria Grünewald in Wittlich suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als

# Haustechniker / Hausmeister (m/w/d) – Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik

## Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektriker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Sie arbeiten zudem strukturiert, selbständig und zuverlässig.
  • Sie sind körperlich belastbar.
  • Eigeninitiative und Leistungsbereitschaft sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
  • Sie besitzen eine gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
  • Sie haben einen Führerschein Klasse B und verfügen über fundierte PC-Kenntnisse.

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Wartung und Instandhaltung von gebäudetechnischen Anlagen
  • Durchführung von Reparaturen und Überwachung externer Leistungsanbieter
  • Reinigung und Pflege von Außenanlagen
  • Unterstützung von Bau-, Umbau – und Sanierungsarbeiten
  • Erledigung allgemeiner Aufgaben im Bereich Technischer Dienst

## Unser Angebot

  • Eine Stelle in Vollzeit (39 Stunden die Woche)
  • Tarifliche Vergütung nach AVR-Caritas Anlage 2, VG 7 ab 3180,81 € bis zu 3722,79 € (abhängig von der Entwicklungsstufe)
