  • Durchführung der routinemäßigen Rundgänge und Überwachen des Zustands der gebäudetechnischen Anlagen
  • Erledigung anfallender Wartungs- und Instandsetzungen
  • Aufnehmen und Beseitigen von Störungen
  • Auf- und Abbau von Veranstaltungen
  • Sie sind Ansprechpartner für die Kollegen vor Ort

Was wir an Ihnen besonders mögen:

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche Berufsausbildung zum/zur Elektriker/in
  • Sie haben idealerweise einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Sie sehen sich selbst als Allrounder/in und konnten erste Erfahrungen im genannten Aufgabenbereich sammeln
  • Sie bringen ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs- und Serviceorientierung sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit
  • Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit sind für Sie selbstverständlich
  • Sie besitzen PC-Grundkenntnisse und einen Führerschein der Klasse B
