Wir suchen eine/n engagierte/n Haustechniker/in - Hausmeister (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in BERLIN !

In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für die Instandhaltung und Pflege von Gebäuden und Anlagen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf des täglichen Betriebs zu gewährleisten.

Sie sorgen für eine sichere, saubere und funktionierende Umgebung und tragen somit maßgeblich zum Werterhalt der Immobilie bei.

Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von kurzfristig anfallenden Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Gebäude und Einrichtungen (verschiedene Objekte)
  • Pflege der Außenanlagen inklusive Gartenarbeiten und Winterdienst
  • Kontrolle der technischen Infrastruktur sowie Behebung kleinerer Störungen
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten und Wartungsintervalle
  • Unterstützung bei sonstigen hausmeisterlichen Tätigkeiten

Qualifikationen:

  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit technischen Anlagen und Werkzeugen
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität bei unvorhergesehenen Aufgaben
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Führerschein Klasse B ist Voraussetzung
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift ist Voraussetzung

  • Arbeitsmaterial wie Telefon und Fahrzeug wird gestellt
  • Gehalt: ab 15,00 Euro pro Stunde - nach Probezeit verhandelbar
  • Einsatzzeit: Mo bis Freitag (Ausnahmen an Samstagen nach Rücksprache mit dem Mitarbeiter)
