mit Einsatzort Usedom (A-ROSA Heringsdorf und aja Resort Bansin)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Mängel erkennen und beheben sowie Begleiten und Kontrollieren von Fremdfirmen
  • Bedienung, Überwachung und Wartung der technischen Anlagen und Betriebsräume
  • Kontrolle der Arbeitsausführung von Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Gartenbaubetrieben
  • Kleinreparaturen von technischen Geräten, inklusive Gästezimmer
  • Erfassen von Zählerständen
  • Reinigungs- und Pflegearbeiten der Außenanlagen
  • Notrufbereitschaft

Ihr Profil:

  • Handwerkliche Ausbildung oder Qualifikation im technischen Bereich, gern mit elektrotechnischem Bezug
  • Vielseitiges technisches Grundwissen
  • Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerschein
