Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im elektrotechnischen Bereich, z. B. als Elektroniker für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik
  • Erste Erfahrung in der technischen Betreuung von Gebäuden oder Immobilien von Vorteil
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse für die Kommunikation im Arbeitsalltag
  • Bereitschaft, bei Bedarf gelegentlich am Bereitschaftsdienst teilzunehmen

Deine Aufgaben

  • Überwachung und Betreuung der gebäudetechnischen Anlagen mit Fokus auf Elektrotechnik
  • Durchführung von Wartungen, Reparaturen und kleineren Instandsetzungsarbeiten
  • Kontrolle technischer Werte sowie Durchführung von Messungen an Anlagen und Systemen
  • Regelmäßige Kontrollgänge im Gebäude und Prüfung der Anlagenfunktion
  • Erkennen, Dokumentieren und Beheben technischer Störungen
