Das Landgut Stober ist ein 4- Sterne- Plus Tagungs- und Veranstaltungshotel und verfügt seit September 2020 über 300 Gästezimmer mit insgesamt 430 Betten. In weiteren Gebäuden verfügen wir über 30 Veranstaltungsräume und ein Restaurant mit Seeterrasse. Der Gästekreis unseres Hauses umfasst Tagungs- und Veranstaltungsteilnehmer, vor allem DAX- Unternehmen aus der Automobil-, Pharma- und Finanzbranche sowie Individualgäste und Politiker.

## Wir suchen ab sofort für unser Landgut in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit:

## Haustechniker (m/w/d)

Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst im Wesentlichen folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Fachgerechtes & professionelles stellen von Tagungsräumen bei jeglichen Veranstaltungen (nach Funktionsplan – Aufbau von div. Interieur etc.)
  • Koordination der Tagungs/- Konferenzräume
  • Verwaltung von Verbrauchsmaterialien im Eventbereich
  • Erledigung von allgemeinen Hausmeistertätigkeiten (bevorzugt Reparaturen & Instandhaltung)
  • Herstellen von Ordnung und Sauberkeit auf dem gesamten Landgut- Gelände
  • Pflege- und Instandhaltung der Grün/- Außenanlagen

Fachkenntnisse/ Fertigkeiten:

  • Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion
  • handwerkliches Geschick
  • körperliche Belastbarkeit
