einen Haustechniker (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Deine Aufgaben:

Durchführung von Inspektionsrundgängen
Bedienung der gebäudetechnischen Anlagen
Koordination und Steuerung von Handwerkern und Nachunternehmern
Mieterbetreuung
Eigenverantwortliche Instandsetzungen und Wartungen von technischen Anlagen
Begleitung und Koordination von externen Wartungen und Prüfungen
Digitale Dokumentation mittels mobilem Endgerät

Mit Deinem Profil ergänzt Du unser Team:

Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Berufsausbildung – vorzugsweise im Bereich Heizung/Sanitär/Lüftung
Berufserfahrung mit vergleichbaren Tätigkeiten
Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Führerschein Klasse B
Engagement und hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
