  • Zusammenbau von Kleinmobiliar und Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen
  • Dokumentation von Installationsänderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den angrenzenden Abteilungen
  • Betreuung externer Partner (z.B. Entsorgungsunternehmen, Verpflegungsautomatenlieferanten)
  • Durchführung von Kontrollrundgängen incl. Statusmitteilungen für Sicherheitsbeauftragte
  • Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Handwerkliches Geschick; idealerweise entsprechende, abgeschlossene Ausbildung
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teambereitschaft
  • Serviceorientierung und Organisationstalent
  • Fähigkeit, Aufgaben zu priorisieren und auf Leitern zu arbeiten
