Die TRATHO FM Gruppe steht für ganzheitliches Gebäudemanagement und ist im gesamten Bundesgebiet präsent. Die Leistungsschwerpunkte sind das Technische Facility Management, die Steuerung von FM- und Bau-Projekten.

Wir suchen für unseren Einsatzort Frankfurt zur Verstärkung des Teams im Wartungsbereich schnellstmöglich mehrere Haustechniker. Mit Erfahrung komplexer Objekte.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Betreuung von gebäudetechnischen Anlagen
  • Wartungsarbeiten technischen Anlagen am Gebäude

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. als Elektroinstallateur, Elektroniker für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik oder Betriebstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Technisches und Gewerke übergreifendes Verständnis sowie handwerkliches Geschick
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Flexibilität, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Gepflegtes Äußeres und gute Umgangsformen
  • IT-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)
  • Mobilität (Führerscheinklasse B)
