  • Mitdenken: Du bringst dich in die Planung und Umsetzung technischer Maßnahmen ein – von Modernisierungen bis hin zu Um- und Neubauten
  • Hilfsbereitschaft: Als Ansprechpartner für Bewohner und Kollegen bist du hilfsbereit, freundlich und lösungsorientiert
  • Dokumentation: Prüf- und Wartungstermine hast du im Blick und sorgst für die ordnungsgemäße Dokumentation aller Abläufe
  • Teamwork: Gemeinsam mit Pflege, Verwaltung und externen Dienstleistern arbeitest du auf Augenhöhe und unterstützt bei Veranstaltungen sowie logistischen Aufgaben innerhalb der Einrichtung
