DEIN PROFIL

  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Berufsausbildung vorzugsweise im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Heizung und Sanitär oder Schlosser mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
  • Spaß an Arbeiten rund ums Gebäude, Selbstständigkeit und Umsichtigkeit
  • Technisches Verständnis und eine zupackende Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft am Bereitschaftsdienst
  • Von Vorteil ist ein Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Erste Anlaufstelle für Mieter und Kunden
  • Kontrolle und Überwachung der technischen Einrichtung, Zählerablesungen
  • Meldung und Dokumentation von Schäden
  • Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten
  • Koordinierung von Terminen und Begleitung von Fremdfirmen
  • Meldung und Dokumentation von Schäden
