Technisches Geschick, Ärmel hochkrempeln und den Überblick behalten – du bist das Herzstück unserer Gebäudetechnik! Du sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos funktioniert – vom schnellen Handgriff im Alltag bis zur Wartung komplexer Anlagentechnik.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Wartung & Reparatur: Laufende Instandhaltung der gesamten Gebäudetechnik.
  • Störungsbehebung: Schnelle Fehlersuche und Koordination externer Dienstleister.
  • Objektbetreuung: Regelmäßige Kontrollgänge und kleinere handwerkliche Arbeiten.
  • Sicherheit & Fristen: Einhaltung von Prüfterminen und saubere Dokumentation.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Elektrobereich, oder Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitärbereich (oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung)
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Erfahrung auf Baustellen
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
