Haustechniker (m/w/d) SHK Klima- und Lüftungstechnik in Aschaffenburg

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Wartung, Inspektion und Instandhaltung von Heizungs-, Sanitär-, Klima-, Lüftungs- und Versorgungstechnik
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten und Zusammenarbeit mit internen sowie externen Partnern
  • Optimierung von Anlagen hinsichtlich Energieeffizienz, Verfügbarkeit und Betriebssicherheit
  • Austausch und Beschaffung von Ersatzteilen sowie technischen Komponenten
  • Fehleranalyse, Störungsbeseitigung und Durchführung von Reparaturen
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Elektroniker, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung in der Gebäude-, Versorgungs- oder Facility-Technik
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Industrieerfahrung von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Was Sie erwartet:
  • 23,00 - 29,00 € Stundenlohn, je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation
  • Feste Arbeitszeit in Tagschicht von 07:30 - 15:30 Uhr
  • Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld
  • Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag
