Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Tannenbusch Center suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten und zuverlässigen Haustechniker (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

Instandhaltung der technischen Anlagen im Tannenbusch Center

Durchführung von kleinen Reparaturen

Grünschnittarbeiten

Sicherstellung der Funktionsfähigkeit aller haustechnischen Einrichtungen

Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von technischen Projekten

Ansprechpartner für technische Anliegen und Störungen

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektriker, Schlosser oder in einem vergleichbaren Beruf m/w/d

Erfahrung in der Haustechnik oder Gebäudeverwaltung von Vorteil

Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
