Wir suchen einen:

### Haustechniker / Technischen Hausmeister (m/w/d)

  • Arbeitszeit: 7:30 Uhr bis 15:30 Uhr (Montag bis Freitag)
  • Wöchentliche Arbeitszeit: 40 Stunden

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung und Kontrolle der technischen Einrichtungen am Standort
  • Durchführung kleinerer Reparatur-, Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsarbeiten
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen haustechnischen Tätigkeiten
  • Annahme und Koordination von Anlieferungen sowie Durchführung der erforderlichen Eingangskontrollen
  • Unterstützung bei innerbetrieblichen Transport- und Logistikaufgaben
  • Überwachung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Funktionsfähigkeit in den betreuten Bereichen
  • Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und Handwerksfirmen
  • Dokumentation durchgeführter Arbeiten und Kontrollen

Kenntnisse, Fertigkeiten und Erfahrungen:

  • technisches Verständnis und Berufserfahrung in einem technischen Berufsbild
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Staplerschein bzw. Bereitschaft, diesen nachzuholen
  • Höhentauglichkeit
  • Grundkenntnisse in MS Office
