Haustechniker / Technischer Objektbetreuer (m/w/d)

Für einen langfristigen Einsatz suchen wir ab sofort einen Haustechniker / Technischen Objektbetreuer (m/w/d) im Bereich Technisches Facility Management.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Technische Betreuung und Überwachung von Gebäuden und technischen Anlagen
  • Betreuung von Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Klima- und Sanitäranlagen (HKLS)
  • Betreuung von Elektroanlagen und Gebäudeautomation
  • Kontrolle und Betreuung von Türen, Toren, Aufzügen und Schließanlagen
  • Überwachung von Brand- und Einbruchmeldeanlagen sowie Beleuchtung
  • Aufnahme und Bearbeitung technischer Störungen und Mängel
  • Koordination und Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Fachfirmen
  • Einholen und Prüfen von Angeboten
  • Durchführung bzw. Überwachung von DGUV-Prüfungen entsprechend der eigenen Qualifikation
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Kontrollgänge und sorgfältige Dokumentation
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Elektroniker, Elektriker, Mechatroniker, Anlagenmechaniker SHK oder vergleichbar
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Gebäudetechnik, Haustechnik, Objekttechnik oder im technischen Facility Management
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und kundenorientiertes Auftreten
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Grundkenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme einer Rufbereitschaft etwa alle zwei Wochen
  • Wir bieten:
  • Vergütung ab 21,00 € brutto pro Stunde, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung
  • Langfristiger Einsatz für zunächst 18 Monate
