Wir suchen für unser Büro in Dresden eine engagierte Mitarbeiter/in zur Verstärkung unseres kleinen Teams in Teilzeit für 3-4 Tage, bzw. 20-25 Stunden pro Woche. Wir sind eine sehr kleine Hausverwaltung und für die Verwaltung und Betreuung verschiedener Immobilien zuständig.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich umfasst u.a. Mietenbuchhaltung, Überwachung der Mietzahlungen, Erstellung von Betriebskostenabrechnungen, Wohnungsabnahmen-und Übergaben, Erstellung verschiedener Schreiben an Mieter sowie Behörden und Versorgungsträger, Beauftragung sowie Koordination und Kontrolle von Handwerkerleistungen.

Voraussetzung sind selbstständiges Arbeiten, freundliches Auftreten, ein gepflegtes Äußeres und ein sicherer Umgang am PC mit den gängigen Programmen. Wünschenswert wäre Erfahrung in der Immobilienverwaltung.
