Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Hausverwalter (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Baden-Baden. Wir sind ein Team von 26 Mitarbeitern.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Betreuung und Verwaltung von Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien
  • Ansprechpartner für Eigentümer, Mieter und Dienstleister
  • Organisation und Überwachung von Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturmaßnahmen
  • Beauftragung und Koordination von Handwerksfirmen
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Eigentümerversammlungen
  • Kontrolle von Rechnungen und Budgets

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung in der Immobilienverwaltung oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Immobilienkaufmann/-frau)
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, idealerweise Erfahrung mit Hausverwaltungssoftware
  • Führerschein Klasse B
