Hausverwalter / WEG-/Mietverwalter / Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

Je nach Erfahrung übernehmen Sie – perspektivisch eigenständig – folgende Aufgaben:

  • Kommunikation und Korrespondenz mit Eigentümern, Beiräten, Dienstleistern und Versorgern
  • Organisation und Mitwirkung bei WEG-Versammlungen, perspektivisch eigenständige Durchführung inkl. Umsetzung der Beschlüsse
  • Einschätzung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen, Beauftragung von Reparaturen
  • Regelmäßige Objekt- und Liegenschaftsbegehungen inkl. Verkehrssicherheitsprüfungen
  • Sachliche und rechnerische Prüfung von Bewirtschaftungs- und Instandhaltungsrechnungen

Ihr Profil

  • Erste bis mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Haus-, WEG- oder Mietverwaltung
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Immobilienbereich, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit grundlegenden Abläufen der Immobilienverwaltung
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Eigentümern, Mietern und Dienstleistern
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von WEG-Versammlungen
