Zuständigkeiten / Hauptaufgaben

  • Durchführung allgemeiner Arbeiten im Bereich der Haustechnik
  • Wartung, Instandhaltung und Reparatur technischer sowie elektrischer Anlagen
  • Behebung auftretender Störungen
  • Unterstützung bei allen anfallenden technischen Aufgaben im laufenden Betrieb
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs der haustechnischen Anlagen

Qualifikationen / Anforderungen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Elektrobereich, z. B. als Elektroniker oder Elektriker (m/w/d), oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundiertes technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Tatkräftige, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität, insbesondere bei dringenden Reparaturen oder betrieblichen Erfordernissen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse für eine sichere und reibungslose Kommunikation im Arbeitsalltag
