Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen\*\* Haustechniker\*\* (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben als Haustechniker (m/w/d):

  • Wartung und Pflege der gesamten technischen und sonstigen Anlagen innerhalb und außerhalb der Einrichtung
  • Durchführung und Organisation von Reparaturen, Störungs- und Schadensbeseitigung
  • Kontrolle und Überwachung der Einhaltung technischer Normen und Vorgaben
  • Sicherung der Müllentsorgung und das rausstellen der Behälter
  • Kleinreparaturen von elektrischen Anlagen
  • Pflege der Außenanlagen / Gartenanlage – der Pflanzen und Rasenanlagen
  • Sonstige objekt- und betriebsbezogene Aufgaben

Dein Profil als Haustechniker (m/w/d):

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen oder handwerklichen Beruf vorzugsweise im Elektroinstallateur
  • Idealerweise hast du eine Weiterbildung zum Gebäudetechniker (m/w/d) oder zum Arbeitssicherheitsbeauftragten (m/w/d)
  • Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft zu angenehmer Kommunikation und Kooperation mit Gästen, deren Angehörigen, Mitarbeitern und Vorgesetzten sind dir eigen
  • Du weist soziale Kompetenz, Team- und Organisationsfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Belastbarkeit auf
  • Initiative, Einsatzbereitschaft, freundliches Auftreten
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
