  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Du verantwortest im Rahmen interner Vorgaben die elektrischen Anlagen in unserem METRO Markt, sowie Lüftung, Klima-, Gewerbekälte- und Sanitäranlangen
  • Du achtest auf die Gebäudesicherheit unserer Kund/innen und Mitarbeiter/innen sowie den Brandschutz
  • Du verrichtest allgemeine handwerkliche Tätigkeiten
  • Du koordinierst und kontrollierst Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten
  • Du holst Angebote von Fachfirmen ein und verhandelst diese in Abstimmung mit der Marktleitung
  • Du bist für die Einhaltung von behördlichen Auflagen und die Administration von Prüfberichten zuständig
  • Deine Qualifikationen:
  • Du hast idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektriker/in und/oder Installateur/in
  • Du bist bestenfalls ein erfahrene/r, ausgebildete/r Brandschutzwart/in und im Besitz eines Staplerscheins
  • Du zeichnest dich durch handwerkliches Geschick aus
  • Du verfügst über MS Office Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und wir freuen uns über jede weitere Fremdsprache, die du sprichst
  • Du arbeitest selbständig, genau und bringst eine gewisse Flexibilität mit

Dein Gehaltspaket:

Dein Gehalt richtet sich nach deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung, die Details besprechen wir gerne persönlich. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Vollzeitstelle beträgt € 2.251,- brutto/Monat, je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
