  • Handwerkliches Geschick
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit
  • Einsatzfreude und körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (schriftliche Anweisungen, Arbeitsaufzeichnungenführen,
  • Kundenkontakt...)
  • Aufgaben:
  • Diverse Hausbesorgertätigkeiten
  • Pflegearbeiten im Außenbereich (Baumschnitt, Rasenmähen, Schneeräumung)
  • Kleinreparaturen durchführen
  • Liegenschaftsbetreuung etc.
  • Ihre Arbeitszeit:
  • Teilzeitbeschäftigung im Ausmaß von 20 Stunden pro Woche bei Großteils freier Zeiteinteilung.
