Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir zum 01.11.2026 in Flensburg einen Hauswart (m/w/d) für Parkhauspflege in Teilzeit .

So sieht deine Arbeit als Hauswart aus:

  • Regelmäßige Kontrollgänge, insbesondere zur Feststellung von Vandalismus
  • Müllsammeln, Leeren der Mülleimer sowie Vor- und Zurückziehen der Mülltonnen
  • Austausch von Leuchtmitteln
  • Einweisung von Handwerkern vor Ort
  • Arbeitszeit: Montag, Mittwoch und Freitag

Das bringst du mit:

  • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung im Hauswartdienst sowie mit Scheuersaugautomaten von Vorteil
  • handwerkliches Geschick und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Selbstständigkeit
