Als HauswirtschaftshelferIn (w/m/d) sind sie für die hauswirtschaftliche Versorgung in unserer Wohngemeinschaft mit insgesamt 15 BewohnerInnen verantwortlich. Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören die Reinigung der Gemeinschaftsräme sowie der Bewohnerzimmer, die Wäschepflege als auch das tägliche Kochen, die Vorbereitung von Frühstück und Abendessen sowie das backen von Kuchen.

Arbeitszeiten:

Die Arbeitszeit erfolgt im Zwei-Schicht-System (innerhalb von 7:30 Uhr bis 20:30 Uhr). Die Arbeit erfolgt in einer 6-Tage-Woche nach einem festgelegten Dienstplan. Der Einsatz an Wochenenden erfolgt im Wechsel: jedes zweite Wochenende ist Dienst, das jeweils andere Wochenende ist dienstfrei.

Die genaue Einteilung der Schichten erfolgt im Rahmen des Monatsdienstplanes und wird frühzeitig bekannt gegeben. Ziel ist eine verlässliche Planung sowie eine gleichmäßige Verteilung der Arbeitszeiten.
