Stellenbeschreibung: Haushaltskraft (m/w/d) für ambulanten Pflegedienst

Wir suchen engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Haushaltskräfte (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung in unserem ambulanten Pflegedienst. In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die Betreuung und Versorgung von hilfsbedürftigen Menschen in ihrem häuslichen Umfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung bei der täglichen Haushaltsführung (z.B. Reinigung, Einkaufen, Wäschepflege)
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung bei alltäglichen Aktivitäten (z.B. Freizeitgestaltung)
  • Hilfe bei der Mobilisation (z.B. spazieren)
  • Dokumentation der erbrachten Leistungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Einfühlungsvermögen und soziale Kompetenz
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B
