Hauswirtschaftskraft (w/m/d)

  • Die MB Care GmbH ist ein ambulanter Pflegedienst mit zwei zugehörigen Demenz-Wohngemeinschaften. Wir suchen innovative, flexible Mitarbeiter, die über den Tellerrand hinausschauen und hochmotiviert die Einrichtungen unterstützen.

  • Seit über 10 Jahren setzen wir uns im Standort in Gelsenkirchen-Horst dafür ein, hilfsbedürftigen Menschen eine qualitativ hochwertige Versorgung in der häuslichen Umgebung zu bieten.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Hauswirtschaftskraft(w/m/d).

Zuständigkeiten / Hauptaufgaben

  • Durchführung der hauswirtschaftlichen Versorgung und Betreuung der Klienten gemäß den Vorgaben
  • individuelle Betreuung eines Haushalts nach den Vorgaben
  • Kochen ist für Sie kein Fremdwort
  • Qualifikationen / Anforderungen
  • Fähigkeit, Beobachtungen vorzunehmen, zu interpretieren und geeignete Maßnahmen in Abstimmung mit der Pflegefachkraft einzuleiten
  • Sie sind kommunikativ, flexibel, belastbar, zuverlässig, teamorientiert
  • Reinlichkeit ist für Sie kein Fremdwort
  • Leistungen der Anstellung
  • 30 Std./ Woche (Teilzeit) oder weniger
  • Für Fahrtwege zum Kunden erhalten sie einen Dienstwagen
  • Umfangreiche Fort- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten
