mensch+pflege ist ein ambulanter Pflegedienst für Kranken- und Altenpflege in Bramsche. Wir versorgen pflege- und hilfsbedürftige Menschen in Ihrer häuslichen Umgebung. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Hauswirtschaftskraft in Teilzeit!

  • Aufgaben und Ziele der Stelle:
  • Durchführung der individuell geplanten Hauswirtschaft in selbständiger und verantwortlicher Weise auf Grundlage des Pflegeleitbilds und des Pflegekonzeptes unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und vertraglicher Vereinbarungen
  • Hierzu zählen u. a.:
  • Reinigung der Wohnung
  • Einkaufen/Besorgungen
  • Wäschepflege
  • Zubereitung der Mahlzeiten
  • Begleitung außer Haus
  • Voraussetzungen
  • Freude am hauswirtschaftlichen Arbeiten in den Wohnungen unserer Kunden
  • Belastbarkeit und gute Reaktionsfähigkeit
  • Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten
  • Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit
  • einfühlsames und situationsgerechtes Handeln
  • Führerschein Klasse B und eigener PKW
  • Wir bieten:
