Dann werde Möglichmacher\*in und unterstütze unseren ambulanten Pflegedienst als Hauswirtschaftskraft in Bielefeld in Teilzeit, indem du dafür sorgst, dass unsere Kund\*innen in Ihrem gewohnten Umfeld bleiben können und sich dort sicher und geborgen fühlen.

### DAS MACHST DU MÖGLICH

  • Unterstützung unserer Kund\*innen im Haushalt
  • Reinigung der Wohnung
  • Wäsche waschen
  • Betreuung unserer Kund\*innen zur Entlastung pflegender Angehöriger
  • Begleitung unserer Kund\*innen zum Einkaufen, zu Behandlungs- oder Arztterminen
  • Kontakt und Kommunikation zu den Kund\*innen und Angehörigen sowie bei Bedarf zu Ärzt\*innen und Therapeut\*innen

### DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Ausgeprägtes Einfühlungsvermögen und gute Sozialkompetenz im Umgang mit den Kund\*innen
  • Erste Berufserfahrung als Hauswirtschaftskraft (m/w/d) im ambulanten Pflegedienst ist hilfreich, aber nicht zwingende Voraussetzung
  • Eigenständige, teamorientierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Freundlichkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Freude am Beruf
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
