### Hauswirtschaftskraft oder Angelernte Pflegekraft (m/w/d)

### im Mobilen Sozialen Dienst

in unterschiedlichen Beschäftigungsumfängen, ab 50%.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • pflegerische Maßnahmen, Mitwirken bei der Pflegeplanung (je nach Qualifikation)
  • hauswirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten wie Essenszubereitung, Reinigung, Einkaufen
  • gewissenhafte Dokumentation
  • Informationsaustausch mit dem Team der Sozialstation

Ihre Qualifikationen und Qualitäten

  • entsprechende Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung
  • ein „Händchen“ fürs Praktische
  • körperliche Belastbarkeit und persönliche Stabilität
  • einfühlsamer, wertschätzender Umgang mit Patienten und Angehörigen
  • die Möglichkeit zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten
  • die Fähigkeit selbständigen Arbeitens
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Verlässlichkeit
  • ein gültiger Führerschein Klasse B (alt: Klasse 3)
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstfahrten mit Ihrem Privat-PKW (gegen Kilometer-
  • Pauschale)
  • Identifikation mit den Aufgaben, Zielen und Werten unseres katholischen Verbandes
