Das Angebot reicht von Freizeitangeboten, betreutem Wohnen und Hausnotruf über ambulante Pflege bis hin zu Einrichtungen der Tages- und vollstationären Pflege.

Hauswirtschaftsleitung m/w/d in Vollzeit

Deine Aufgaben

  • Führen und Organisieren der gesamten Hauswirtschaft
  • Personaleinsatzplanung und Dienstplanung
  • Führen, Anleiten und Unterweisen von Mitarbeitern
  • Herstellen eines wohnlichen Umfeldes im Haus, Gestaltung
  • Warenwirtschaft
  • Beratung von Bewohnern, Angehörigen und Mitarbeitern
  • Mitarbeit an Wohnbereichskonzepten und Umsetzen von neuen Konzepten in der Hauswirtschaft
  • Aktive Beteiligung an Veranstaltungen und Feiern

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem hauswirtschaftlichen Beruf
  • Idealerweise Leitungserfahrung
  • Kundenorientiertes Verhalten
  • Gute Fachkenntnisse, auch im Bereich Allgemeine EDV- und Warenwirtschaft
  • Lust auf die Arbeit mit älteren Menschen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Positive Ausstrahlung
  • Teamfähigkeit
