Im August haben wir unser neu erbautes Seniorenzentrum am Mühlenberg in Sögel eröffnet. Unser modernes Haus bietet 77 Seniorinnen und Senioren ein neues Zuhause. Wir wollen sicherstellen, dass stets Ordnung herrscht und alles hygienisch sauber ist. Auch Du liebst eine wohnliche Umgebung und möchtest uns deshalb unterstützen? Super, dann haben wir den perfekten Job in Sögel für Dich!

## Das bringst Du mit:

  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Hauswirtschaft
  • Freundlicher und respektvoller Umgang
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamfähigkeit

## Das sind Deine Aufgabengebiete:

  • Überwachung, Durchführung und Optimierung der hauswirtschaftlichen Prozesse sowie aller relevanten
  • gesetzlichen Bestimmungen im hauswirtschaftlichen Bereich
  • Personaleinsatzplanung, Motivation und Förderung der Mitarbeiter
  • Beauftragung von externen Dienstleistern
  • Kontrolle und Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften
