IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Leitung und Organisation des Reinigungsbereichs
  • Koordination der Wäscheversorgung
  • Führung und Schulung des hauswirtschaftlichen Teams
  • Budgetplanung und -kontrolle für den Bereich Hauswirtschaft
  • Sicherstellung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Betriebs

IHR PROFIL

  • Hauswirtschaftliche Betriebsleitung, Meister/in in der Hauswirtschaft oder Gebäudereinigung bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung möglichst in einem Krankenhaus oder in einer vergleichbaren Einrichtung
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse
