Die NaturFreunde Schwäbisch Hall e.V. suchen ab 15.01.2027 eine engagierte und organisationsstarke

Persönlichkeit, welche die hauswirtschaftliche Leitung unseres idyllisch gelegenen

Naturfreundehauses Lemberg im Rahmen einer Krankheitsvertretung in Teil- oder Vollzeit

übernimmt. Unser Naturfreundehaus ist ein Ort der Begegnung, des sanften Tourismus und des

ehrenamtlichen Engagements. Wenn du Lust darauf hast, Hand in Hand mit einem motivierten

Team unseren Gästen im laufenden Betrieb einen schönen Aufenthalt zu

ermöglichen und bei Vereinsveranstaltungen mit guter Laune dabei zu sein, bist du bei uns

Deine Aufgaben: Vielfältig & Verantwortungsbewusst. In dieser Position bist du das Herzstück des Hauses und koordinierst den gesamten

laufenden Betrieb.

  • Gästebetreuung & Belegungsmanagement
  • Küche & Kulinarik: Aktive Mitarbeit in der
  • Küche & Planung unter Einhaltung von
  • Nachhaltigkeitsaspekten

Personalmanagement:

  • Koordination & Motivation der Ehren- & Hauptamtlichen
  • Einkauf & Lagerhaltung
  • Hygiene & Sauberkeit: Organisation &
  • Durch-führung von Reinigungs- &
  • Pflegearbeiten im gesamten
  • Naturfreundehaus

Verwaltung:

  • Büroverwaltung (Schriftverkehr, Ablage, Telefon etc.) und
  • Zuarbeit im Rechnungswesen.

Das bringst du mit:

  • kommunikationsstark, ein echtes Organisationstalent und bewahrst auch in turbulenten Zeiten einen kühlen Kopf
  • du teilst die Werte der NaturFreunde und vertrittst diese authentisch nach außen & bist teamfähig
  • erfolgreicher Abschluss als hauswirtschaftliche Betriebsleitung oder ähnliche Qualifikation im Hotel-/ Gaststättengewerbe ist von Vorteil
