  • Seit über 28 Jahren sind wir, die PKZ Pflege-Kompetenz-Zentrum AG, erfolgreich als Pflegedienstleister tätig. Zum unserem Firmenverbund gehört u.a. unser Seniorenzentrum am Backhausplatz in Aßlar.
  • Neben der stationären Pflege mit 90 Betten, bieten wir in auch Tages- und Kurzzeitpflegeplätze sowie betreutes Wohnen an.
  • Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir eine engagierte Hauswirtschaftsleitung (m/w/d) für unser Seniorenheim am Backhausplatz:
  • Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Planung, Organisation und Überwachung der Reinigung und Hauswirtschaft, Wäscheversorgung
  • Erstellung von Speiseplänen in Absprache mit der Heim- und Küchenleitung
  • Annahme und Bearbeitungen von Beschwerden inkl. Einleitung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen mit Bewohnern und Angehörigen
  • Erstellung von Dienst- und Urlaubsplänen
  • Mitarbeit in allen Bereichen im Falle von Personalausfall und zu Kontrollzwecken
  • Das zeichnet Sie aus:
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Hauswirtschaftler (m/w/d)
  • Weiterbildung zur Hauswirtschaftsleitung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, bestenfalls ins Pflegeinrichtungen
  • Empathie, Organisationsgeschick und Verschwiegenheit sind für Sie selbstverständlich
