Für unseren Seniorenwohnsitz Süd-Elm Schernikau GmbH suchen wir

eine/n Mitarbeiter/in (m/w/d) für die Hauswirtschaftsleitung

in Voll- oder Teilzeit (29 - 38,5 Wochenstunden).

Zu Ihren Tätigkeiten gehören:

  • Leitung des Reinigungs- und Hauswirtschaftsteams
  • Reinigung und Wäscheversorgung unter Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheit und des Gesundheits-/ Umweltschutzes
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Hygienevorschriften
  • Personalplanung sowie Führung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Optimierung von Prozessen sowie Koordination und Dokumentation der Arbeitsabläufe
  • Sicherstellung des Qualitätsmanagements
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Ansprechpartnern vor Ort
  • Bestellung und Beschaffung für die Bereiche Reinigung, Wäscherei und Küche
  • Ansprechende und kreative Gestaltung der Einrichtung

Anforderungen an den**die Bewerber*innen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der Hauswirtschaft
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrungen in der Hauswirtschaft, gerne in Pflegeeinrichtungen
  • Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Hohe Fach- und Sozialkompetenz
  • Gepflegtes Auftreten und sicherer Umgang mit den Kunden
  • Organisationsvermögen und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • EDV Kenntnisse
