Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung von Dienst- und Einsatzplänen, Personalführung, Motivation sowie das Ausfall- und Bewerbermanagement.
  • Verantwortung für die Bereiche Speisenversorgung/Küche, Gebäudereinigung und Textilpflege/Zusammenarbeit mit der externen Wäscherei
  • Überwachung von Qualitätsstandards sowie Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Hygienevorschriften (z. B. HACCP).
  • Budgetplanung, Controlling, Kalkulation des Bedarfs sowie das Bestell- und Lagerwesen für Lebensmittel und Verbrauchsmaterialien.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen wie der Pflege, der Verwaltung oder externen Dienstleistern.
