Für unseren Standort in Ötigheim suchen wir eine engagierte Hauswirtschaftsleitung (m/w/d), die mit Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an Teamarbeit überzeugt – gerne auch Quereinsteiger mit Erfahrung in Organisation und Teamführung !

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Leitung und Organisation der Abläufe in der Wäscherei
  • Personalplanung und Koordination im Bereich Wäscherei
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Tagesablaufs in der Wäscherei
  • Mitarbeit bei der Wäschepflege, Sortierung und Qualitätskontrolle
  • Umsetzung und Überwachung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Ansprechpartner\* für interne und externe Belange im Bereich Wäscherei

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im hauswirtschaftlichen, textilen oder ähnlichen Bereichen mit Erfahrung in Organisation und Teamführung.
