In unserem am Park gelegenen vollstationären Pflegeheim steht nicht die Pflege, sondern die normale Alltagsaktivität unserer Bewohner im Vordergrund. Durch die intensive Betreuung und die fürsorgliche Pflege in einer familiären Atmosphäre fördern und erhalten wir die Fähigkeiten unserer Bewohner. Unsere vorrangige Aufgabe ist es, die Eigenständigkeit und Selbstbestimmung jedes Einzelnen so lange wie möglich zu unterstützen.

Für unser Team suchen wir ab sofort eine Hauswirtschaftsleitung (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit:

Aufgaben:

Verantwortung für die Planung, Organisation und Kontrolle aller hauswirtschaftlichen Abläufe.
Führung und Motivation des Hauswirtschaftsteams
Ablauforganisation, Qualitätssicherung für die Bereiche Reinigung, Pflege.
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards.
Zusammenarbeit mit Ämtern.
Voraussetzung: sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
