HCM Consulting - Experienced
Marsh People and Investments “HR Transformation | DIGITAL” practice, within the Marsh Workforce and Rewards business line, supports clients through large-scale HR transformation programs , offering deep, specialized expertise at every stage of HCM system implementations and change management/organizational transformation initiatives. Our team of experts has years of experience guiding clients through the full project lifecycle - from design to process optimization - delivering excellent outcomes.
We are looking for an experienced resource in major cloud HCM systems (SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, Cornerstone, and Talentia) to join our “Digital” team in Milan or Rome . The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, experience in mid-complexity HCM implementations, and excellent team management and leadership skills.
What can you expect?
By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to coordinate end-to-end HCM and technology adoption projects for clients across a variety of sectors and industries.
In particular, you will:
- Grow your digital expertise;
- Prepare business cases and technical assessments for HR IT systems;
- Analyze and review current HR processes, identifying more efficient ways of working;
- Contribute to the design of delivery models for HR services;
- Act as a focal point for our clients, supporting them in the design and implementation of HR transformation programs and in selecting the HR technologies that best meet their needs;
- Understand and map clients’ end-to-end HR processes, collaborating closely with HR Advisory to propose improvement interventions;
- Implement HRIS systems, supporting clients through all project phases;
- Learn and adapt to Mercer’s standard tools and methodologies;
- Support the development of new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of intellectual capital;
- Coordinate project teams for specific engagements;
- Develop your management and leadership skills.
Requirements:
- Proven professional experience in Digital Transformation;
- Project experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, and at least one certification in one of these technologies;
- Proven experience in HR/HCM consulting firms;
- Solid background in HR system architecture, data flows, and processes;
- Strong passion for innovation, process re-engineering, organizational design, analytics, and technology trends;
- Experience managing both direct and indirect teams;
- Excellent relationship-management skills with diverse stakeholders: vendors, suppliers, and client contacts;
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Fluent English for participation in international projects.

What we offer:
- The position is offered on a permanent basis.
- We propose a gross annual salary starting from € 39.000 for a full-time position. Depending on experience, skills and qualifications, we are willing to consider compensation above the starting salary. Variable remuneration may be granted in accordance with company policy. Further details will be shared during the selection process or directly in the employment contract;
- The National Collective Bargaining Agreement (NCBA) applied is "Aziende Grafico Editoriali”. The contractual level, together with the applicable terms and conditions, will be determined in line with the experience and professional profile of the candidate selected through the recruitment process;
