Job Description:

  • Monitors body shop employees’ progress and ensures timely completion of vehicles in the shop, while making sure all repair and safety procedures are followed.
  • Establishes and maintains good working relationships with insurance adjusters and customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect body shop operations including hazardous waste disposal, emergency response and OSHA Right-to-Know requirements.
  • Upholds the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements.
