About Xoxoday

Xoxoday is a global B2B SaaS and fintech platform for rewards, incentives, loyalty and payouts. Over 5,000 businesses across 100+ countries use Xoxoday products to engage employees, channel partners and customers.

The Role

The Head of Marketing owns how Xoxoday is positioned, launched and grown across products and geographies. You will sit at the intersection of product, sales and marketing, turning customer and market insight into pipeline and revenue. You will lead the current marketing team across products and regions, work directly with the CEO, sales and product leaders, and build an AI-first, measurable growth engine. This is a leadership role that stays hands-on.

What You'll Do

Strategy and Market Insight

  • Set the marketing strategy and own marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue targets jointly with Sales.
  • Talk to customers, prospects and analysts to gather qualitative and quantitative insight.
  • Track the competitive landscape to find gaps, opportunities and differentiation.

Go-to-Market and Positioning

  • Define and execute GTM strategy for each product line across India, APAC, Middle East, US and EU.
  • Shape the brand narrative and product positioning that drive adoption and growth.
  • Oversee launches, feature rollouts and new market entries.

Sales Enablement and Partnerships

  • Partner with sales leadership to sharpen messaging, playbooks and outreach.
  • Give sales clear, usable assets that improve in-market effectiveness.
  • Drive co-marketing with HRIS, payments and ecosystem partners.

Demand and Brand

  • Lead demand generation, ABM, content, events, PR, and analyst and review-site presence.
  • Optimise conversion funnels and lead acquisition across channels.
  • Keep messaging consistent across campaigns, regions and products.

AI-Led Marketing

  • Embed AI across content, campaigns, personalisation, analytics and workflows.
  • Set the standard for how the team uses AI, and build repeatable AI-driven workflows.

Measurement and Optimisation

  • Own funnel analytics, attribution, CAC, payback and MarTech stack performance.
  • Review results regularly, find gaps, and refine strategy and execution.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop the current marketing team across performance, content, product marketing, design and marketing operations, across different products and geographies.
  • Hire where needed and build a culture of ownership, speed and accountability.

What You Bring

Must have

  • Hands-on AI skills. You use AI tools and agents yourself every day and can demonstrate real AI-driven marketing results.
  • B2B SaaS experience with enterprise or mid-market sales cycles.
  • Fintech experience in payments, wallets, payouts or other compliance-sensitive products.
  • 12+ years in B2B marketing, including leading large, multi-product, multi-geography teams and managing managers.
  • A proven record of owning pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Comfort with data, analytics, CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot or equivalent).
  • Strong written and verbal communication and executive presence.

Preferred

  • Experience in the rewards, incentives and loyalty industry.
  • Experience marketing to the US market.
  • Scale-up experience (Series B and above).
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale ABM.

What makes you a strong fit

  • You are curious about customers and markets and actively seek insight.
  • You balance strategy with hands-on execution.
  • You align diverse stakeholders around one clear narrative.
  • You stay organised and keep work moving in ambiguous situations.

What Success Looks Like

  • First 90 days: Understand products, customers, pipeline and the team. Audit the funnel, MarTech stack and current AI usage. Align with the CEO, Sales and Product on targets and priorities.
  • First 6 months: Ship a clear regional GTM and positioning plan for each product. Launch repeatable AI-driven workflows. Put shared pipeline reporting and attribution in place with Sales.
  • First 12 months: Deliver measurable growth in marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue, with improved CAC and payback. Run an AI-first marketing organisation with a strong, aligned team.

Why Join Xoxoday

  • Work directly with the CEO, product and sales leaders.
  • Own the marketing agenda for a global B2B SaaS and fintech platform.
  • Build and lead an AI-first marketing organisation.
  • Operate in a collaborative, execution-focused environment.
