  • Für ein international tätiges Industrieunternehmen suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit mit fundierter Expertise in Accounting, Financial Reporting und internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards. Im Fokus dieser Rolle stehen die Steuerung von Abschlüssen, die Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen sowie die Führung eines internationalen Teams innerhalb der EMEA-Region.
  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • ✓ Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines internationalen Accounting-Teams
  • ✓ Verantwortung für Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse mehrerer Gesellschaften
  • ✓ Sicherstellung eines hochwertigen Financial Reportings nach internationalen Standards
  • ✓ Steuerung und Optimierung der Hauptbuch-, Debitoren- und Kreditorenprozesse
  • ✓ Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern sowie internationalen Fachbereichen
  • ✓ Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Strukturen und Kontrollsystemen
  • ✓ Unterstützung bei Sonderprojekten innerhalb des Finanzbereichs
  • Ihr Profil
  • ✓ Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • ✓ Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Accounting, Group Accounting oder Financial Reporting
  • ✓ Mindestens 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung, Erfahrung in der Wirtschaftsprüfung ist von Vorteil.
  • ✓ Sehr gute Kenntnisse internationaler Rechnungslegungsstandards. US-GAAP-Kenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt.
  • ✓ Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und modernen Reporting-Prozessen
  • ✓ Sichere Englischkenntnisse in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • ✓ Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
