Candidate is to understand PLUK application and should be able to enhance and support the application efficiently by doing a proper impact analysis.

• •Enhancement and maintenance of PLUK Core admin system
• •Work closely with other front-end system application team to ensure end-to-end software lifecycle is robust
• •Ensuring the Applications Management function is aligned with company strategy.
• •Define and document scope changes during the project life cycle.
• •Collaborate with business teams to understand and suggest best & efficient solution to cater to business needs
• •Analyze problems and implement appropriate technical solutions
• •Prepare the technical specification
• •Maintain and document the changes
• •Conduct Unit/Integration testing
• •Complete the assignments within the agreed deadline
• •Quality analysis of the programs/system before acceptance testing
• •Work closely with Business Analyst to deliver a robust and error-free application systems
• •Ensure that all development and implementation are compliant with IT governance policy
• •Technical review and quality analysis of the code done by junior members to ensure learning and motivation for subordinates
