Build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed team, including leaders of specialist functions; establish clear accountabilities, develop talent, foster collaboration, and create an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Lead the organizational transition to the new Commercial Enablement model, establishing the team’s identity, communicating its value proposition, managing interdependencies, and embedding sustainable adoption across the commercial organization.

Measure success through outcomes such as seller productivity, forecast accuracy, pricing realization, sales-cycle efficiency, process and technology adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
