Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams „Consulting Services“ suchen wir ab sofort einen erfahrenen Head of Consulting Services (all genders) am Standort Ingelheim am Rhein.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest die Abteilung Consulting Services und bist damit für das Presales und die Delivery unserer Beratungsdienstleistungen in den Bereichen IT Infrastructure, Datacenter & Cloud & Collaboration (z.B. M365) sowie Project & Process Management gesamtheitlich verantwortlich und trägst somit ein hohes Maß an unternehmerischer Verantwortung
  • Dir obliegt die strategische Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung mit derzeit 4 Teams und rund 80 Mitarbeitern mit dem Ziel, eine erstklassige und passgenaue Delivery im Large Enterprise & Public Sector Umfeld sicherzustellen und gemeinsam mit den Teamleads kontinuierlich an die Markterfordernisse anzupassen.
  • Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit den Bereichen Neukundengewinnung, Customer Success und Service Management. Du verstehst Dich als seniorigen Managementkontakt des Kunden, der schnelle und pragmatische Lösungen sicherstellt und damit Cross- und Upselling Potenziale identifiziert.
  • Kurzum: Du trägst als Teil des Senior Leaderships maßgeblich zum weiteren organischen Wachstum des Unternehmens bei. Du strukturierst und optimierst unsere Vertriebsprozesse und richtest die in Deinem Team angesiedelten Kolleginnen und Kollegen auf Wachstum aus.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über ein aktives Netzwerk zu IT-Entscheidungsträgern im Rhein-Main-Gebiet
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Gewinnung und Realisierung von Beratungs- und IT-Outsourcing-Projekten.
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der Rolle des Abteilungsleiters (oder vergleichbar) bei einem IT-Dienstleister.
  • Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss.
  • Verhandlungsgeschick auf C-Level, verbunden mit der Fähigkeit, schnell und empathisch sowie vertrauensvoll auf unterschiedliche Kundenbedürfnisse einzugehen.
  • Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch. Gutes Englisch wäre wünschenswert.
